How does FixDevice work?

Place a service request through the Repairs section on our website or call us at 8697-333-957. Most of the repairs can be done at your place eg Screen replacement but in some cases if onsite repair is not possible then we will visit you pick your mobile/laptop device, diagnose it, fix it and deliver it  – making the process completely hassle free for you.

What are the cities FixDevice operates in?

You could be in any part of India to avail our services. We have office in Kolkata only we provide a free home pick up and drop service. For all other cities we have free courier service.

What kind of parts do you use for repairs?

We only use genuine quality parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts. We will inform you about the type of spare parts used for service.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have several payment options: 1). Cash on delivery, 2). Payment through our payment gateway via net banking or debit/credit card,

How much does FixDevice charge for its repair service?

FixDevice charges Rs. 250/- for diagnosis. This is collected at the time of phone pickup. The price you see on the website is inclusive of this service charge and this gets adjusted in the final invoice. In case of any additional charges, customer would be intimated before mobile servicing is begun.

How long will I have to be without my Mobile Phone while it’s being repaired by Mobile Repair Centre?

Most repairs are carried out within 24 hours; broken screen repairs are completed on the same day! Some high level repairs such as liquid damage can take longer. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. However, on some occasions our turnaround times can be extended due to a high level of repairs or parts availability.

Do I get a warranty?

Our repairs carry a warranty between 3 months to 1 year. Repairs of Liquid Damaged or Water Damaged phones do not carry any warranty. The warranty only covers issues that were fixed by FixDevice. Any other issues with other components will not be covered by FixDevice. We expect customers to check the phone thoroughly for any side issues at the time of delivery. Any additional issues like speaker/mic issues or network issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivering the device.
